i didn’t have bridesmaids when i got married, but if i had i probably would have wanted them to look like this.

oh yes. that is great. and especially the accordion!
yes, i love the guy on the left! he has a great hat.
i love it! let’s do it again!
i wish i had had a one-man band who looked like THAT!
Forget bridesmaids, find a One Man Band! AWESOME.
that is the most awesome looking wedding!!
i didn’t have any bridesmaid OR a band…
(well, it was at the courthouse – which turned out to be enough production for me… haha)
but i’d definitely love that kind of a wedding even just to go to!
Oi. I think we’re neighborish, you and I.
That photo looks like it could be straight from your wedding. I looked at your photos often as my own wedding approached and I found myself fighting off ever stranger ideas (laminated plastic butterflies all over the lawn? huh?) to remind myself that it could be done, a fun and simple thing that is also grand and special.

they would have been perfect for your wedding.
i love that dress!
(which one ?)
all!
They are all wearing Marimekko dresses! Perfect.
Oh that is too perfect!
Did you know those ladies were the Marimekko team, at the time?
I wrote a post about that picture, because I also found it so great, and someone sent me the magazine article with that picture, written by the son of the woman standing to the right of Gropius.
Even better š
