my favorite new blissen item is this undersea tote bag
i’m constantly inspired by sarah of the small object and her craft projects. i was at the hardware store a few days ago and saw a wood burning tool– and it reminded me of the wood burning kit i had when i was kid, and how much i liked making signs and plaques with it… i had the urge to buy one again and wondered what i could use it for. i LOVE sarah’s cutting board adornment, and as usual her attention to detail is super inspiring!

motel gallery now has gift registries… i think alternative wedding registries are a great idea and more small stores should have them.
thanks imedagoze for reminding me to check out the work of neisha crosland— whose photo and fabric i saw in elle decoration a while back and found very inspiring…
thanks oh joy!, for introducing me to the work of steven harrington. i’m inspired by his gucco prints!
i keep seeing write-ups about this exhibit… can’t wait to go…
