dear lena, i value your daily posts soo greatly that i’m not sure what words to use. i was really enthralled with the brooklyn illustrations so i found a copy of the book. over the weekend i lent it to my friend. she is a reading teacher to kids who need help reading. she knew a perfect young girl who would love to read from this book. thank you for posting about it. and your inspiration inspires me. and others.
