virginia johnson is a textile designer and illustrator whose work i’ve followed since i first saw her resort line in stores a few years ago. her textiles and illustrations can be seen on her website & on the art department site. i think the top illustration is from the kate spade books she illustrated- i love it.
love this! i was just thinking they look like kate spade..and then i see she was the illustrator..love the use of watercolor..it’s so much less common these days..
