i’m going to a wedding in california at the end of may. if i was buying something new to wear for it this would be it! (unfortunately, i have plenty of dresses).

purl and purl patchwork –the very beautiful yarn and fabric stores in soho– are moving and merging into a new, larger space. i was very happy to design a map for their move. the current stores are the top of the map, and the new location is in the center. the map includes some of the purl owners favorite shops in soho. you can download the map on the purl blog. i’m looking forward to seeing the new store!

i love these sandals from folk, and not just because they’re named the “lena” shoe! i wish i had a little more money to spend and i would buy them in a second. maybe i could wear them with this “corwin” sweater, while seeing this movie… ha ha. (i hardly ever see my name, first or last, so it’s been funny to come across so many all at once)
