i finally bought issue 12 of selvedge magazine at purl soho this weekend, and i was excited to discover the work of swedish textile designer petra borner. the textile prints she did for cacharel’s fall 06 line are so wonderful– and i love, love her embroidery work. she also designs a line of women’s clothes & accessories called rosetta, with designer tove johannson.
