coming back from new hampshire, we flew out of portland, maine. we had a little extra time so i had a chance to stop by ferdinand. i’ve ordered from ferdinand’s online shop for years, so it was great to see the store in person. i loved the window display– piles of vintage pillowcases printed with squirrel heads. i also loved the owl figurines, all sizes of squirrel drummer t-shirts, and the photocopied wallpaper.

update: the posters are SOLD OUT. thank you to those who ordered one (or two)…

i took down my window at rare device last week. it was so much fun, i was a little sad to see it come to an end! i loved doing a window display and i hope to do it again sometime…
i have some fabric posters left that i’m adding to the shop. they’re printed on natural muslin and cost $14.95. limited quantitites!

the sun came out for our last day and it was gorgeous. i took lots of nature photos– the landscape and wildflowers were so inspiring. and of course i scoured the used clothing and book stores and found some great stuff… i’m too busy catching up on work now, i’ll have to post more later…
