I bought your book Printing by Hand and I can’t tell you enough how much I love it. I work at a very small private school (with almost no art budget) and I did both the freezer paper technique and the foam stamps with my students. I loved what the kids came up with and they loved doing it (so much so that a bunch of them dragged their mothers to the grocery store to buy freezer paper). Plus I have used some of the techniques for packaging on my own artwork. Thanks! It’s a beautiful book.
Great images from their show! I am getting ready to finish my MFA thesis out in Portland OR, and I only hope it turns out this well!
Ok, I’m pretty much in love with that melted icecap/polar bear piece.
Nice blog. Very original.
I am the very proud owner of a Hilary Pecis original (she is the genius behind the 4th image down). She’s really one to watch. She’s even got a nifty website: http://www.hilarypecis.com
