I had the EXACT ONE in hunter green with the white hood. FLASH BACK!

I’ve been looking all over the internet for this bad boy without even knowing the correct name, so as you can probably guess, I’ve looked through over a thousand pics of “vintage/classic/discontinued” J. Crew hooded pull-over and after finding the right combination of words finally found it here. I never had one, but always wanted one. I don’t know what it says about me that I’m looking for a “Vintage J. Crew Anorak” from the mid 90’s but I still want one. I always wanted the Navy Blue/White one, but never had the $$ and with one prep school and one catholic school tuition, my mom never had the dough to drop on something that wasn’t part of the required blazer/slacks/tie dress code at my school. Now that I’m grown and can afford to buy my own stuff, of course it’s discontinued. Sucks to be me, I guess.

My son had the reversible madras one from JCrew–I used to sneak and wear it all the time. We still have the above jacket in green! Love the pockets!
