one of my favorite brooklyn artists, lindsay adelman, has new pieces up on her website. they’re incredibly detailed drawings of seaweed– so beautiful. unlike most of her work, these are for sale directly from the artist. owning something of lindsay’s is on my wish list for some day…
I love drawings that have texture, you feel closer to the artist because you can see the strokes they made. It is nice to see the hand quality of a piece of work..
