lovely! my husband and i were looking into moving back to michigan, buying a farm, and making it into an art farm (all the outbuildings would be various studios). and also be somewhat self-sustaining, grow almost all of our own food, etc. hope we can make it happen one of these days!
Me three! What a glorious place. I am certain I would live forever if it were in that place.
oh yeah I am now dreaming too
ditto, "sigh."
it's so nice to dream of a dreamy life though, i wonder what i'd dream of there.
oh! yes, please.
I agree, saw these pictures a while ago! The fireplaces are just sooo gorgeous!
oh! that house!! love it
I love your work! I can't believe that I found your blog so late… I follow your work on flickr and on other sites but never here… 🙂 well, this will change. 🙂 wish you a wonderful day!
it does look beautiful, but look how messy that cutlery draw is 🙂
oh sun, where are you??
i want a life like that too! question: how do you get your images so large? i blog on blogger, and every time i try to make an image "x-large", it just cuts off when i post it.
hi sarah my husband is a web developer, so he helped me change the code in blogger. sorry i can't be more helpful! maybe there is a tutorial online?
thanks anyway, lena, i appreciate it. i'm looking around online now for some sort of tutorial..or i'll just settle for large images 🙂
What a wonderful life to dream of!
I've been reading your blog for a while now, but I think this is the first time I've commented… I just ordered your book "Printing by Hand" and I can hardly wait to receive it. It should be here by the end of the week!
I totally feel the same way.
I just moved to a semi-rural property on four acres, and am slowly trying to convert everything to a self-sustainable art farm, to steal Porcelain's phrase.
Beautiful photos.
