the flea design co-op starts this saturday!

i'm helping organize/curate a new booth at the fort greene brooklyn flea, which will sell products by some of my favorite designers. the section will be run by rebecca kutys of moontree letterpress, and for october we have these talented makers: (photos from top to bottom) marcie mcgoldrick, maptote, lotta jansdotter, moontree letterpress, wayne pate/good shape design, laura normandin, sesame letterpress and my work/lines & shapes.
and there will be some special guest sellers, yet to be announced...
the first saturday, october 10th, lotta jansdotter will be giving away a free goodie with each purchase.
the flea design co-op poster was designed by wayne pate, and will be for sale at the flea for $15 (email me if you are interested in ordering it online and i might be able to arrange it).

Hi Lena! I hope you are well. I stopped by the flea late in the day and really loved everything in your booth. I am sorry I didn't properly introduce myself but I was a little tongue tied to actually see you in person after reading your blog for some time. I hope that the day worked out well for your group. If you have the chance, can you please post the name of the seller who makes the dolls featured in your booth? They were amazing and I would love to check out the full collection. Thanks so much.

Thanks a million, Lena. I had to restrain myself from buying one of the dolls for myself, not even under the auspices of purchasing for a friend's baby! They were simply awesome.
