darn! my recipe was featured on design*sponge last week, and it has an error. i'm sorry to anyone who made it and it didn't turn out so great. the recipe will be corrected soon-- it should call for baking POWDER instead of soda. please try making it again!

I made the recipe over the weekend in fact and it was so delicious. I think the DS post has already been corrected as I used baking powder and it turned out great!

i made the cake and it was very tasty. i used brown sugar instead of white and the cake had very nice dark colour.
I did try it the first time and realised there was a mistake. The second time was perfect and YUMMY!
