i don't think doyle & doyle usually retools vintage pieces. but it does look like a brooch someone would add charms to. i love it! it's a little price-y though. here's the direct link:

Thank you for the link Lena! It truly is a gorgeous piece – but yes – a bit out of my price range at the moment... it could easily be recreated – I find it completely inspiring!
I know the owners of Doyle & Doyle--two lovely sisters named Elizabeth and Pam--and they don't retool. They just sell gorgeous estate jewelry. They are nice and very low-pressure, so check out the store sometime!
